It is fermented at low temperature over the winter, brewed with natural spring water from the mountains of Nagano. This Junmai Ginjo Genshu is a Nama Sake, an unpasteurized fresh sake that has a refreshing taste and crisp mouthfeel. It is highly aromatic with a pleasant sweetness and a gorgeous scent. Best served chilled.
