ZAKU Megumi-no-Tomo is a sweet and floral junmai ginjo sake with a hint of European pear. It has a mellow sweetness and a slightly savoury taste, with a smooth mouthfeel and full of flavour. A crisp finish with a crescendo of acidity. This sake is best served chilled (8-12°C) or warmed up. It is made by Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten in Mie prefecture, Japan, using water, rice, koji, and yeast. The rice polishing rate is 60% and the ABV is 15%. This is a unisex product, suitable for both men and women.
