Zaku Impression N is a pasteurised sake created through trial and error to reproduce the fresh aroma and flavour of freshly squeezed sake. Based on Miyabi-no-Tomo Nakadori, this sake is freshly pressed straight into bottle. When opened, the fresh and gorgeous aroma and slight carbonation pleasantly stimulate the palate. It has a delicately fruity and slightly fizzy taste with hints of banana, pear, and melon. It is elegant and well-balanced, finishing smooth and clean on the palate. It pairs well with hard cheese such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano or nuts. Serve well chilled. Store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
