The Hinemos JujI sake is a rich and syrupy wine, reminiscent of honey. It presents an intense sweetness with a faint tartness on the palate. The nose offers notes of juicy white peach, mango, elderflower, and fresh mint leaves. This sake has a chewy sweetness with cotton candy, canned peaches, and green apple notes. It finishes with a nutty taste and notes of marzipan and pink pepper. Serve well chilled (4-8°C) and store in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.
