Eikun Koto Senen Junmai Ginjo Sake is a Gold Medal winning sake from the Koto Sennen Series, named after Kyoto. It is brewed by carefully polishing up to 55% of Iwai, a rice suitable for sake brewing grown locally in Kyoto. This sake is incredibly smooth and has a crisp mouthfeel with a pleasant aroma. The full flavour brings out the sharpness and just the right amount of spiciness. Best served chilled. It is a Japanese rice wine, made from fermented rice, water, koji, and yeast, and is brewed, not distilled, similar to wine production.
