K. F. Groebe's Estate Riesling is a fine, lively and crisp dry white wine with fine fruit aromas. The grapes used to produce this Riesling mostly originate from Groebe's Aulerde vineyard in Westhofen, where the soil is rich in loess loam with a clayey layer and even gravelly sand underground, providing excellent drainage. A small proportion of the grapes also come from their Kirchspiel vineyard, which is also in Westhofen, with clay marl soil rich in limestone. The wine is fermented and matured in wooden casks using traditional methods, then stored on the fine yeast until it is bottled, preserving its freshness and liveliness. This wine is suitable for both men and women.
