This 75cl Silvaner Beerenauslese is a young and intense wine, with a golden colour that hints at its extraordinary taste experience. It has notes of candied fruit, creamy caramel, and delicate flavours. On the palate, it offers a unique blend of fruit and sweetness - perfection in concentration. The grapes were grown in the south-west of Schwanberg, where the south-facing slopes provide optimal conditions for growing grapes. The soil's surface temperature can reach up to 70°C, making it the hottest vineyard in Franconia. This Silvaner Beerenauslese was made from fully ripe, raisin-like, dried Silvaner berries in 2018. It is a special treat that pairs perfectly with fruit. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 13-14°C. This white wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
