A citrus bomb, this dry Riesling is a refreshing and lively wine. With flavours of Granny Smith apple, peach and grapefruit, it has a racy acidity and grippy finish. The wine is made from grapes grown in the Rheingau region, where the Rhine river changes its course and creates south-facing slopes that receive plenty of sunshine. The varied soils, from loam and loess to quartzite, add complexity to this dry white wine. It's perfect for everyday drinking or a casual get-together, and is best served at a temperature of 8-10 degrees Celsius.
