Weighing around 120 g, each tomato bursts with flavour, making it perfect for salads and sandwiches. This variety is easy to grow in glasshouses but can also thrive outdoors in warm, sheltered spots. It is a reliable and robust variety that yields fruit ready for harvest starting in late June. For greenhouse cultivation, sow seeds from February to April, while outdoor sowing should occur from March to April. Place seeds on the surface of a good, free-draining, damp seed sowing mix, lightly covering them with compost or vermiculite. Seed trays should be kept in a propagator at a constant temperature of 15-20 degrees Celsius until germination, which occurs in 7 to 14 days. When seedlings develop two true leaves, transplant them into individual pots of compost measuring 7.5cm. Maintain a minimum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius while growing. In a glasshouse, transplanting may occur at the end of May or when the first flowers appear. Each grow bag accommodates three plants, or you can use one plant per 25cm pot or directly into the greenhouse soil.
