This 75cl Grand Cru Riesling is a premium wine with a distinctive mineral character and aroma of ripe peach. The fine hints of citrus notes provide a pleasant tension on the palate, while the crisp acidity gives the wine its delicate structured body. The lingering finish allows for a longer enjoyment. To create such a wine, a great deal of work was necessary in both the wine cellar and the vineyard. In the early stage of ripeness, the grapes were divided to ensure perfect conditions for the future vegetation process and to reduce the number of grapes on the vine. This enables the growth and efficiency of the vine to concentrate on the few grapes left. The aroma is characterized by mineral notes, wild herb notes, ripe peach, honey, melon, grapefruit, white pepper, and a hint of exotic yellow fruits. The taste is spicy, strong yet smooth, and herbal. A wine suitable for both men and women.
