This 100% straight rye whiskey is distilled in Alberta, Canada, where it's initially aged in new American oak barrels. The whiskey is then transported south to the Whistlepig Farm in Vermont, where it continues to age for up to 10 years, developing notes of warming rye spice and sweet caramel.
