Venta las Vacas 2021 is the most recent vintage from the project embarked on by Juan Carlos Vizcarra and Uvas Felices in 2009 in Ribera del Duero. This intense and pleasant red wine is made from 100% Tinta del país grapes grown on their four Burgos estates of Las Arras, Tras de San Pedro, Los Valles and Valcabero. It is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Suitable for both men and women, this wine is best enjoyed now or within the next 5 years.
