Undurraga Extra Brut, NV is a sparkling wine from Chile, produced by the prestigious winery, Winebuyers. Founded in 1885, Undurraga owns vineyards in premium wine producing areas such as Leyda, Cauquenes and Itata. The 75cl bottle showcases the diversity of Chile's vineyard sites, with head winemaker Rafael Urrejola leading the philosophy of minimal intervention in the cellar. This Blanc de Blancs is pale golden in color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals delicate aromas of citrus blossom and white floral notes over a mineral background. The palate offers a pleasantly creamy mouthfeel with notes of brioche through to an exceptionally long finish.
