With an inky purple colour, Tres14 Malbec has ripe yet refined notes of violets, black cherries, vanilla and cream. Silky-soft in texture, smooth, rounded, velvety tannins and fresh, balancing acidity, it expresses succulent cherry and strawberry flavours, with attractive suggestions of dark chocolate and cherry leaf. Tip-top quality of the raw fruit, and masterful winemaking are both very much in evidence here - exactly what you'd expect of the legendary Daniel Pi.
