It exudes freshness and pure fruit aromas, with vibrant notes of Granny Smith apple, candied lemon rind, and white peach. This sparkling wine is lively on the palate, showcasing finesse and complexity, with a crisp acidity. Flavors of lemon cordial, honeyed nectarines, toasted croissant, and pistachio are evident.
