SOMA Laboratory Enner Expressive Sound Tool Night Frog

£902.15

The SOMA Laboratory Enner Expressive Sound Tool is a body-controlled analog instrument for experimental performers and adventurous sound designers. Every sound passes through you literally. By touching contact pads and metallic controls with varying pressure your skin becomes part of the circuit shaping volume timbre feedback and modulation in real time. It turns subtle finger movements into detailed sonic changes giving you a direct physical link to the synthesis process. At its core is a five-voice synth with individual tuning global pitch control ring modulation and patchable outputs. You can route voices into a stereo filter array featuring high-pass band-pass and low-pass options then expand your sound with a modulated stereo delay. There is also a piezo pickup built into the ash housing letting you capture taps scratches springs rubber bands and even vocals through the panel. Add pink noise an external input and a rhythm and bass generator with clock input and you have a compact yet wide-ranging performance setup.
