The Shire Walsoken is a combination log cabin and storage zone formed from 19mm thick, notched T&G boards. Unlike a traditional wooden shed, log cabins are built from the ground-up, using individual boards which interlock at the corners. The main, cabin area of the building is accessed by a full-length, glazed double door. The offset, integral storage area is accessed using a single, full-timber door. Both doors are secured with a key lock. A side wall of the building includes a full-length opening window, hinged at the top. Due to how log cabins are built, you can choose to have the storage area on the right or left of the building as you install the cabin. T his log cabin is supplied untreated, thus to maintain the manufacturers warranty all wooden surfaces (both inside and out) should be treated with a quality preservative of your choice immediately after installation.
