The Shire Loft Playhouse is a large playhouse with asymmetric roof, allowing for an internal raised platform on one side of the building. The mezzanine platform is accessible via a ladder at the far end and has a safety railing to prevent accidents. The Loft Playhouse is made from smooth finished tongue and groove to the walls and floor, with a solid sheet OSB roof. Safety hinges are provided to prevent little fingers from becoming trapped. The glazing provided is made from a safety styrene, a tough plastic that does not shatter like glass when broken. Two window boxes are supplied as standard (the primary image shows 4 but has been painted and embellished for photography purposes) Mineralized felt is provided to cover the roof. Full instructions will be supplied upon delivery, along with all the fixtures and fittings needed to install this wooden playhouse.
