The Shire Houghton Summerhouse is structurally very similar to its sister the Haddon, with the main difference being the Houghton has a veranda. Extending from the front of the summerhouse, the veranda includes the floor, balustrades and rails. The Houghton Summerhouse is made from smooth planed, tongue and groove boards to the walls and floor. The roof is made from a solid sheet OSB, coming complete with mineralized felt to cover the roof. The doors are half-glazed to match the surrounding walls and to allow in the most of the sunlight available, even with the doors fully opened. All necessary fixtures and fittings come with the delivery, as does a full set of instructions.
