The Sela 20" Wind Gong Flower Mandala is suited to meditation sound therapy performance and musical exploration. Handmade from a special bronze alloy it features a traditional flat wind gong profile that produces a broad evenly spreading sound with long sustain and a rich range of overtones. This makes it well suited to creating immersive soundscapes gentle accents or atmospheric effects in a variety of settings.The Flower Mandala finish combines darker low-gloss surfaces with finely engraved patterns that catch the light while the central Sela symbol creates a clear visual focal point. As each gong is handmade slight variations in the engraving give every instrument its own individual character. A fleece-headed beech mallet is included to help you draw out its full tonal range and the supplied black carrying bag makes it easy to transport and store between sessions or performances.
