The Scala Dei Cartoixa 2019 is the most emblematic red wine of the winery, a link of continuity with the vineyards tended by monks in the Middle Ages. This wine, the first to be bottled under the D.O.Q Priorat, is made from a selection of garnacha and cariñena from the best plots in the region, vinified separately to preserve their typicity and the expression of their terroir to the fullest. It is a unisex product, suitable for both men and women.
