True to Puiatti's house style, this Sauvignon Blanc shows outstanding purity, freshness and balance. It is a much more restrained style than the same variety from New Zealand, with appetising peach and apricot fruit, lent nuance with hints of crushed sage and tomato leaf. The palate is superbly balanced, with a lovely, lingering finish.
