This unique handbrake can be set up for either conventional horizontal or vertical handle use by simply turning the handle 180 degrees. The chassis is of a sturdy steel construction which is powdercoated for a lasting finish. Rubber 'O' rings on the handle provide a comfortable non slip grip.
