This is outstanding value Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, from top producer, McHenry Hohnen. It has instantly recognisable and absolutely classic aromas of blackcurrant, roasted red pepper, black olive and bay leaf. The succulent palate reveals dark chocolate, mocha and subtle earthy notes, with a tiny hint of green pepper. The tannins are graceful and silky-soft, making the wine immediately approachable, while able to age over the medium-term.
