This wine is as animated as the label, which glows in the dark. It's a razor-sharp Riesling with notes of apples and pears. The palate is mineral and round, making it very food friendly. The wine is bone dry, with only 2.8g/l of residual sugar, which is in line with German wine laws. We love our Riesling, and this one is no exception.
