The Recaredo family produces some of the finest sparkling wines of the peninsula, among which is Recaredo Serral del Vell Brut Nature 2018, previously known as Brut de Brut until the 2008 vintage, when the winery decided to highlight the great terroirs and estates of the Alt Penedès region by including them in the names of their wines. This Brut Nature is made from macabeo and xarel·lo grapes cultivated in the region. It has an extended aging of at least 67 months in the bottle.
