Puiatti's winemaker describes the Pinot Nero as 'a white wine that looks red'. It has beautiful, characteristic Pinot cherry and redcurrant notes, with crisp freshness and feather-light tannins. It is absolutely superb served chilled, and a great accompaniment for richer seafood dishes.
