This is a revolutionary expression of Valpolicella Classico. When young, it is delicate, fresh and exquisitely-balanced, which develops a wealth of fantastic complexity and nuance as it ages. It has outstanding purity and vibrancy, and there are notes of ripe strawberries, cream, vanilla and white pepper, with intriguing, savoury, rich undertones. Exclusively from an outstanding plot of vines on the beautiful Novare estate, and named after the old chapel that overlooks it (‘Ognisanti’ means ‘All Saints’).
