Cream-yellow flowers maturing to ivory-white, with the enlarged hoop-shaped cup and narrow reduced petals of the Bulbocodium group. Narcissus Arctic Bells is a charming dwarf hoop petticoat narcissus at 15cm, naturalising freely. Flowers early to late March. Animal resistant.
