The Meyer-Näkel 2022 Spätburgunder dry is a Rosé wine made from red Pinot Noir grapes. It has a salmon to rosé colour, which comes from the fact that the red wine grapes are treated like white wine: the grapes are only a few hours in contact with the skin before they are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This intensely coloured Pinot Noir Rosé is perfect for the sunny days of the year. It has a beguiling nose with pronounced raspberry and strawberry aromas, and a hint of violet. On the palate, the rosé is very juicy and concentrated, with a smooth finish.
