Meín Castas Brancas represents essence of the the Avia Valley, centred upon Lugar de Meín. The vineyards that dot this iconic and historic wine-growing area are spread across slopes and terraces that display an impressive array of different soils. The small-scale management of the vineyard and the local white grape varieties explain the richness of the wines that this area has inherited from its past. The most important grape variety is Treixadura, but there are also small percentages of Godello, Albariño, Torrontés, Loureira, Caiño Blanco, and Lado.
