Our Chardonnay has a pale golden straw-like colour, filled with rich summer fruit aromas. It features peach and melon flavours on the palate, balanced by a fresh, crisp finish. The wine is made from grapes sourced from the Languedoc region in the South of France, with 1/3 coming from Rousillon and 2/3 from Minervois. This combination gives the wine a buttery, fresh, minerally profile. 13% ABV.
