This is a classic Riesling, ultra pure and immensely crisp. It's packed full of pink grapefruit and lime aromas, which explode from the glass. On the palate, the wine is electric, with loads of juicy fruit flavours riding a long, salty acidity. Founded in the 1700s, Koehler-Ruprecht built a reputation for its quality dry Rieslings in Kallstadt. This Kabinett Trocken is a great example of their style, best enjoyed alongside a pan roasted pork chop and some zingy apple sauce.
