Due to the gradient and exposition of the land, the vineyards enjoy optimum exposure to the sun. Vines are more than 60-65 years old on limestone over clay marl and also some weathered chalky clay. Aged in wooden casks. The wine has a complex mineral structure and an aromatic spectrum that ranges from peaches and citrus fruits to violets, bluebells, like a woodland glade. shimmering with butterflies.
