The Hebsacker Linnenbrunnen Spätburgunder originates from a high-quality vineyard with VDP.ORTSWEINE classification. Dry wines from these vineyards are known as VDP.GROSSES GEWÄCHS and are known for their uniquely expressive character that is reflective of their origin. This Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) has intense aromas of blackberries and cherries on the nose. It is a full-bodied wine with a long finish, featuring fine notes of herbs and pepper, as well as an elegant tannin structure and delicate roasted aromas. Aged in barriques for 16-18 months, this wine is a result of a cooler year in 2016, which has resulted in a very fine and elegant wine. The grapes were fermented in the skins and then matured for 18 months in oak barriques. In 2019, a small quantity was held back and allowed to mature further in the bottle in a temperature-controlled storage facility. This wine is suitable for both men and women.
