This high-quality Rosé Cuveé originates from vineyards with VDP.GUTSWEIN classification and embodies the philosophy and distinctive signature of Jürgen Ellwanger winery. It is primarily made from Pinot Noir with a small percentage of Trollinger to keep it light. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. This dry Rosé has fruit aromas and a scent of fresh strawberries, currants, and cherries. Pleasing on the palate, this dry wine has a fabulously fresh fruity taste. Perfect for a summer drink.
