I'm in Trouble NowJosephine The SingerDescription: PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNGEN Maggie Maki's self-produced confessional girlie rock project of the 90's. She wrote these songs then through friend Steve McCarthy (who did the engineering at his home studio) hooked up with Lyn Bertles (strings) Bob Mair (bass) Nick Vincent (drums) and longtime friend artist Dion Macellari (guitar). The project was realized. She had decided on the name Josephine the Singer years before after reading the Franz Kafka story of the same name 'Josephine the Singer or the Mouse Folk'. Most of the songs were mastered from first or second takes with scratch vocals because she liked the underproduced quality it had. With Brian 'Big Bass' Gardner completing the mastering and adding his special touch a gem was born. If you were listening to college radio in the summer of '95 you might have heard it.
