La Chatellenie is a single vineyard of 22 hectares with ancient soils from the Cretaceous period. This flint rich siliceous clay imparts a subtle hint of gun-flint. All vineyard processes are carried out in an environmentally friendly manner, adapted to each terroir. Aged on its lees, this wine retains all its freshness and depth along with the typical gun-flint characters. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine is a classic representation of the Loire region in France.
