This refreshing and fruity aroma came from the patented barrel 'polished distillation' process employed in their renowned single malt whiskey. It is a 'Honkaku Shochu', a traditional, authentic Japanese distilled spirit, characterized by single distillation and the retention of the flavor and aroma of its base ingredients. It is made by Hombo Shuzo Co., Ltd in Kagoshima Prefecture. This product is suitable for serving at room temperature, on the rocks, or with soda water.
