This is a blend of classic Champagne varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine has a beautiful, delicate pink colour with an abundance of red berry fruit aromas. Aged on the lees, it has stunning elegance and flavours of pink grapefruit, pomegranate, raspberries, cream, with the merest suggestion of toasted notes on the palate. It is refreshing and sophisticated, with a balanced, discreet acidity.
