A junmai daiginjo sake with a refreshing style from the Hagi no Tsuru brand. It features a charming fruity aroma with a delicately rich taste. The nose is sweet with notes of white peach, strawberry, and cotton candy. The flavour is creamy and pure with green apple, young pear, and a hint of elderflower notes, followed by citrus fruits and a spicy drying finish. This sake is best served well chilled (4-8 °C) and is suitable for pairing with char-grilled prawns, karashi-sumiso vegetables, and macaroon. It is made from Miyamanishiki rice and has an ABV of 16%.
