To celebrate their 5th anniversary, Andrew at Gwyr Gin created a distillers cut of Gwyr original. This expression uses the same botanicals as the original but with a different technique to give a greater juniper hit. Spring fennel, foraged from the hills, is used in the macerating liquid, and the citrus has been toned down while the angelica has been increased.
