The Una Palma Fino Sherry 2021 is a 50cl fortified wine from Spain. Selected from rare casks, this wine retains a delicate covering of flor despite being over six years old. Bottled unfiltered and unclarified, it is dominated by the aroma of the flor, accompanied by the nutty character of the Palomino variety. This powerful and extremely dry wine has a salty and slightly bitter finish.
