Georgiev and Milkov's 'Why Not?' Misket 2023 is a vibrant and wild red wine with flavours of lime and grapefruit and a pretty floral character. The palate is creamy and elegant, with a hint of white pepper spice. This wine is extremely drinkable and pairs well with smoked fish dishes or Thai cuisine. The winemakers, Petar Georgiev and Radostin Milkov, started their own project in 2014 and have been working to bring attention to local Bulgarian varieties like Mavrud and Rubin. This wine is a result of their journey through Bulgaria's wine regions.
