Access pipes are fittings that enable the downpipe to be regularly maintained. They feature a removable cap which is unscrewed as required to allow access into the pipe for cleaning and inspection.Access pipes when installed are usually fitted to the bottom of a downpipe just above ground level.The access pipe connects to the downpipe by way of a simple push fit ring seal joint.
