The prestigious Rioja firm Bodegas Bilbaínas owns some of the Denominacións longest-established brands, such as Viña Pomal and La Vicalanda. Its red Ederra Reserva 2018 is another example of the classic Rioja style. Made from Tempranno grapes from vineyards located in Rioja Alta, a subzone with an Atlantic climate that makes it the coolest area of the D.O.Ca. Rioja and home to elegant wines suitable for long ageing periods, such as this one. The harm is minimised by careful winemaking techniques.
