Domaine Philippe Chavy cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards across 30 plots in 14 Burgundy appellations. He harvests Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir and Gamay by hand from old vines. The grapes are planted in narrow rows, taking 30 harvesters 10 days on average to pick. Philippe refuses to use herbicides or insecticides, preserving the environment, terroir and indigenous micro flora. Tasks in the vineyard are coordinated in accordance with the lunar cycle. This wine is a 75cl white, dry wine from France, made from Chardonnay grapes with an ABV of 13.5%.
