Domaine Orion Chablis 2022 is a crisp and bright white wine. It has a classically styled profile with green apple and saline notes, and a mineral, creamy palate. This wine is vibrant and alive, making it a lovely accompaniment to shellfish or a balmy summer evening with friends in the garden. Domaine Orion, a small family-owned vineyard in Préhy, was founded by Léa Schaller in 2019. Léa is the third generation of producers in her family, and 2022 is just her third harvest. She returned to her family's vineyard after working in the music business in Paris, and decided to build a new winery, naming it Orion after her favourite band.
