This classic Pouilly-Fumé is a classy and elegant white wine with lovely citrus fruit, some herbs and a luxurious mineral core. It's a wonderful aperitif, but also pairs well with shellfish, a nice fatty white fish and delicate sauce. The wine is also a great match for goats cheese, as it's from the same region.
