This superb organic Côtes de Provence rosé is uncomplicated, yet utterly delicious. Wafts of raspberry, pear juice and lychee entice you in for a sip, which is soft and easy, with a balancing tang and a lovely, pure, sustained finish. Made in an understated Provençal style, it's very enjoyable and supremely moreish. It shouldn't matter, but the chunky hexagonal bottle feels great when drawn straight out of the ice bucket!
